Other Initiatives

In addition to its main initiative themes, the Blum Center supports other projects that focus on delivering and disseminating new technologies and services to the poor. Among these are the following:

Global Micro-Clinics Project: Developing community-owned and managed “micro-clinics” that provide access to health care in impoverished and/or war-torn contexts.

Big Ideas @ Berkeley: The Blum Center is proud to support the Big Ideas initiative at Berkeley. Big Ideas provides funding, training and encouragement to interdisciplinary teams of UC Berkeley undergraduate and graduate students who have "big ideas!"
